Martin Stannage

Martin Stannage is a poet, mc, workshop facilitator & playwright who has performed his work and delivered workshops all over the country. A founding member of Freestyle Mondays, Martin is currently training to become a Music Leader with GMMAZ (Greater Manchester Music Action Zone) and has written and directed for the stage and been an ambassador for Contact in India on their pioneering 'Contacting the World' project. He has recently received funding through Future Fires and the Arts Council to manage an inter-generational arts project in Old Trafford, Manchester, for which he has recently returned from a fact-finding trip to New York.
